Van Gaal asks Man United for funds to sign £100m+ German trio

Louis van Gaal is desperate to ensure that he is made Manchester United boss sooner rather than later, and is already seeking assurances that he will be given the money to sign three German internationals in the summer

According to the Daily Mail the Dutchman has prioritised the signings of Marco Reus, Toni Kroos and Mats Hummels, but is well aware that the trio could cost in excess of £100million. As such he wants to know whether or not the funds will be made readily available for him, so that he can conduct the business he sees fit in order to improve the current squad.
