    The Guardian is reporting that Manchester United are 'convinced' a deal to sign Luke Shaw is 'virtually complete' after beating Chelsea to the capture of the Southampton left-back. United will reportedly pay £30million and hand Shaw a £100,000 a week contract, with sacked manager David Moyes having played a key role in persuading the teenager to opt for Old Trafford.
