Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool sent scouts to observe Fenerbahce full back Caner Erkin represent Turkey against Sweden on Wednesday.
Erkin is free to speak to clubs this month, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.
Liverpool have been closely linked with the 25-year-old since the winter transfer window however, an no offers have been made according to his agent Batur Altıparmak.
Altıparmak has however, previously confirmed that a number of clubs from England are keeping tabs on the Turkish international.
